Data Retention and Deletion

We will delete your data once it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed. For example, we may retain your data to assert, exercise, or defend legal rights, or to prevent fraudulent activities, for protection purposes.

For evaluation and statistical purposes, your data may be used in an anonymized form.

Communication with Us

Your data may be stored in our IT systems. We delete this information once it is no longer necessary. We review this necessity every two years. Data relating to users with a client account is kept permanently, but is subject to the deletion conditions mentioned in the "execution of contractual services" section. In cases of legal archiving obligations, deletion is carried out after the applicable legal retention periods have expired, which are 6 years for commercial documents and 10 years for tax documents.

1. Facebook Connect: We offer the option to register using Facebook Connect. By choosing this option, certain data from your Facebook profile, such as your user ID and public profile information, is transferred to our application. 2. Login with Apple for iOS: For Apple iOS users, we offer the "Login with Apple" feature. By using this option, a personalized Apple ID, which includes your name (modifiable) and potentially your email address, is shared with our application. 3. Google Sign-In for Android: We also offer "Google Sign-In" for Android users. This option allows you to use your Google account to register. By selecting "Google Sign-In", your name (modifiable), Google Play Games ID, email address, and profile picture are transferred from Google to our application. We use this data to enhance our services and to manage Google Play Games activities related to our application. Our applications integrate advertising services such as AdMob from Google Ireland Limited, located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. AdMob enables various networks to display advertisements within our applications.
