Why isn’t the card distribution more even?Toggle

What if I’m having connection issues?Toggle

In order to not waste other players' game, our system will replace you with the bot until your internet connection comes back.

This will also occur if you are switching apps or if you leave the game through the exit button. The bots are playing at player level, so they will take care of your hands.

Non-reconnection will result in loss of your game and chips.

For iOS users, follow these steps:

1) Open the App Store on your mobile and click your profile picture.

2) Tap again and select “Purchase History.”

3) Find the right payment with the right amount at the right time.

4) Tap “Total Billed” and take a screenshot (make sure your Order ID is visible, this will help us to easily locate your payment).

How can I get free tokens?Toggle

On the home screen, there is a dedicated button to claim free bonus tokens every 4 hours.

Token bonuses are determined by your league: If you are in League 1, you can receive to 300 tokens every 4 hours, and players in League 10 can have 600 chips in the same period.

Missions and tournaments are also wonderful features to win chips while having fun.

How does the slot machine work?Toggle

Our slot machine is a wonderful way to win a large amount of chips. Luck and randomness are the only factors that influence the results and determine big jackpots.

Are guest players bots?Toggle

Some players don't want to change their name or use any pseudonym. These players will have their name guest_XXXX at the tables, therefore they are not bots. Bots can play, rarely, if a player exits a game before the end, so as not to end everyone's game.

How do I report an inappropriate username or a player behavior?Toggle

Thanks for letting us know! There are 2 ways of report a player :

- During the game, click on player avatar and select "report" button.

- Send us an email to support@rummyonline.com and explain us what's happened and the approximative timeframe.

Be sure that we take very seriously all players that ruin other players experience.
